Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

These are estimated delivery times. Customs, carrier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally make delivery take longer.

Buying 3 or more ShapeOn tanks? Standard shipping is FREE.

For orders of 1–2 tanks, your shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.

It can take a little time for the carrier to scan your package and for the first tracking update to appear.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

You won't be charged any additional customs, duties or import fees when your order arrives.

We cover all import fees. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no surprise charges on delivery.

Entered the Wrong Address?

If you've made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we can't guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
